The development of electronic science and technology,and the application of transient electromagnetic method in mineral exploration have made a breakthrough in the study of deep internal structure of the earth.With the gradual increase in surface depth,the difficulty of exploration is also significantly increased.If they want to reflect the internal structure of the Earth's information and mineral content efficiently and accurately,superior performance of high-precision,highly reliable transient electromagnetic instrument is the protection of obtaining effective information about the secondary magnetic field.It is an important research task to realize the accurate,stable and real-time storage of the secondary magnetic field information excited by the deep geological body of the earth by the transient electromagnetic instrument.Due to the large amount of electromagnetic data in the semi-aerial transient,and it has a high requirement for the corresponding instrument,which indicates that the bottleneck we need to be urgently solved in the development of the instrument is to make the large data collected by the signal collector in real time,and store them in the storage medium.In order to meet the needs of China's internal material state,crustal movement and mineral exploration,the study of data storage technology for semi-aerial transient electromagnetic receivers will provide a prospect and technical support for exploring the internal structure and movement of the earth,exploring the geological prospecting and prevention of geological disasters.The research also has an important scientific basis.Based on the research of UAV-based semi-aerial transient electromagnetic survey technology(Project No.: 201311037),this paper indicates the theoretical method of receiver and key technology about data storage module design of semi-aerial transient electromagnetic receiver.The paper mainly illustrates technology as follows:(1)The paper identifies the characteristic of aeronautical transient electromagnetic signals and the need for semi-aerial transient electromagnetic receivers to store data.This paper studies and analyzes the characteristics of semi-aerial transient electromagnetic signals.And it compares the data storage function and performance indexes of transient electromagnetic devices at home and abroad,and puts the requirements on designing semi-aerial transient electromagnetic receiver special storage system.(2)The paper decomposes the overall requirements of the project into a number of demand modules for research,and propose a detailed design scheme for the storage system in combination with each requirement.It proposes a control circuit with control chip of S5P4418 in ARM 9 series,Ethernet card network switching circuit with highly integrated RTL8211 E,the network transformer circuit with HR911105 A,the data transfer protocol specification for the SD2.0,and memory circuit design scheme of SD card with write-class 10.(3)It completes the software development environment,TFTP and NFS service configuration and serial terminal program based on Linux operating system;Ethernet,SD card driver module design and implementation;the system boot program U-boot,kernel Linux 4.3.39 source code compilation and configuration;Linux operating system root file system Randisk production and FAT32 file system design of external storage device SD card.Finally,it transplanted system bootloader,kernel,and file system image.(4)During the process of semi-aerial transient electromagnetic receiver storage prototype,we get the final product and test it.The test for the software platform,TFTP and NFS service,the drive start and load information of the SD card memory module,the load of the root file system,the data receiving rate,the storage capacity and so on are tested respectively.The experimental data is used to test the receiver Storage device performance evaluation,it provides the basis of the semi-aerial transient electromagnetic receiver for the overall test.Through the test of the system and the stored data,it indicates that the device driver information can be recognized and registered.At the same time,the SD card driver information and application can run stably for a long time,and it's features as real-time and accuracy can meet needs of the semi-aerial transient electromagnetic receiving Machine data storage.
