Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)is an automatic identification technology.Compared with bar code technology and magnetic stripe technology,RFID has many advantages,such as high identification distance and high recognition security.It is widely used in warehouse management,transportation,identity identification,medical and health care and other fields.In particular,the RFID system not only has a huge economic market in the field of medical and health,but also directly related to the patient's life safety.As the RFID authentication protocol is an important part of the security of the system,researchers are paying more attention to it.However,the encryption algorithms used in lightweight and mid class RFID authentication protocols are vulnerable to being cracked by attackers,so they can not meet the growing security and privacy requirements in this area.The heavyweight RFID authentication protocol uses public key cryptography to encrypt,so it has higher security,and the mature elliptic curve public key cryptosystem is widely used in authentication protocols.However,for the current RFID authentication protocol based on elliptic curve cryptography analysis,authentication protocol design and the logic of identity tags ID fixed will lead to security and privacy problems all occur,such as forward security and identity label ID fixed the problem.These security issues limit the further application of the RFID system in this field.At the same time,the RFID system can only order search tags in the backstage database ID identity in the health system,there are a large number of tags,this search will spend a lot of time,so the efficiency of authentication protocol is not very high.Considering the security and efficiency of RFID authentication protocol,the research of RFID authentication protocol based on elliptic curve cryptography is very important in theory and practice.The research results of this thesis include the following aspects:(1)The existing problems of RFID authentication protocol based on elliptic curve cryptography are pointed out.This thesis analyzes the current research situation of RFID authentication protocols in the field of medical and health,and points out that there are two deficiencies in current RFID authentication protocols based on ecc.On the one hand,there is the tag identity ID fixing problem;on the other hand,the authentication efficiency of the current protocol is very low.Especially when the number of tags reaches tens of millions,the speed of querying the label and identity ID of the backend database seriously affects the authentication efficiency of the whole protocol.(2)An improved RFID authentication protocol based on Elliptic Curve Cryptography(RAPBECC)is proposed in this thesis.In view of the deficiency of the current protocol,this protocol is designed by modifying the protocol authentication logic,adding label identification,ID dynamic update mechanism and grouping mechanism.(3)The security,privacy and authentication efficiency of RAPBECC are analyzed.First of all,the RAPBECC security,privacy and anti attack is analyzed and the JCH protocol,MSF protocol is compared,the results showed that all the security properties of RAPBECC not only has the other protocols can also recognize the identity label ID fixed the problem.Then,formal proof of RAPBECC is performed using GNY logic,and the results show that RAPBECC is secure.Finally,the performance of RAPBECC is analyzed and compared with JCH protocol and MSF protocol.The result shows that RAPBECC has higher authentication efficiency.(4)The security,privacy and authentication efficiency of RAPBECC are verified.First the RAPBECC simulation,RAPBECC simulation system,then the simulation system of RAPBECC simulation system and MSF protocol were compared in the efficiency of authentication and identification tag identity ID fixed the problem,the experimental results showed that the RAPBECC simulation system to MSF simulation system has higher efficiency and can identify the identity authentication tag ID fixed problem.
