With the rapid development of science and technology,mobile communication has become an essential part of people's lives.However,the development of China's telecommunications industry must be based on a large number of communication base stations.In recent years,the problem of energy consumption and energy saving problem has aroused widespread concern.Communication base station energy consumption will inevitably affect the operating costs of the base station and China's sustainable development strategy.How to reduce the energy consumption of communication base station is essential.The equipment of communication base station is generally high power,the load is mostly sensible heat load,and the load is less.Air conditioning is to maintain the communication base station indoor air temperature and humidity of the main control equipment,air temperature and humidity inside the base station and cleanliness and other related parameters are strictly controlled.Communication base station air conditioning using split type air conditioning,so the air conditioning needs to run throughout the year,long running cycle,air conditioning equipment running load.Study on the communication base station with natural cold source for cooling is relatively small,when the outdoor air temperature is lower than the indoor air temperature,the indoor air temperature by outdoor air,reduce air base running time,thereby reducing energy consumption,saving energy and environmental protection.The first chapter of this paper mainly based on the characteristics of perennial communication base station air conditioning load,and combined with the requirements of the base station air parameters,carried out a large number of communication base station refrigeration application technology and energy-saving technology literature research,comprehensive comparative analysis of a variety of natural cold source in the application of the principle of various forms of communication base station and the advantages and disadvantages of the.The second chapter introduces the heat transfer principle of the gravity heat pipe,and based on theprinciple of heat transfer of heat pipe,establish the basic analysis model of heat transfer theory of gravity heat pipe and the heat transfer limit of gravity heat pipe were analyzed and discussed,and provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of following chapters.The third chapter is based on the model,the research of gravity heat pipe used in communication base station,and combined with the characteristics of heat pipe heat exchanger technology itself,designed a double four pyramid roof heat pipe cooling model,not only the heat pipe reasonably arranged on the four pyramid type double roof structure,to enhance the heat dissipation the purpose,and can effectively reduce the solar radiation heat station roof.The application of heat pipe in communication base station is analyzed and compared from the point of view of mathematical theory analysis,experimental study and simulation analysis.In the fourth chapter,DEST simulation analysis technology,the establishment of a communication base station physical analysis model,which will just run the air conditioning unit,air conditioning unit + natural cold source heat exchanger(gravity heat pipe heat exchanger,the direct introduction of fresh air units and ethylene glycol as the refrigerant in the refrigerant system model to simulate the effect of energy saving)calculation.
