Modern wireless communication needs to meet different frequencies.Because of the limitations of space and platforms,we need to integrate antennas of different uses,different working frequency to meet the requirements of communication.We hope that we can realize 3G,4G and 5G communication,but we don't want to waste too much space to install the antennas,antenna is developing toward to miniaturization,multi-band and integration.Multiple antennas integrated together can reduce the occupied space well.Firstly this paper designs a substrate integrated waveguide single slot antenna with a center frequency of 38 GHz based on substrate integrated waveguide structure,which satisfies the fifth generation mobile communication(5G)requirements.The slot antenna is designed with coaxial feed,which position locates a quarter wavelength of dielectric waveguide,thickness of Substrate integrated waveguide is 0.8 mm,and the substrate is FR4 with the relative dielectric constant 4.4.Then this paper describes a wideband single cone antenna,loaded four columns short to ground the to realize the impedance matching,increase the bandwidth of the antenna,able to cover 2G,3G spectrum,the cyclic metal loaded is used to reduce the height of the single cone antenna,and lower the resonant frequency of the single cone antenna.And thispaper designs a microstrip antenna with the antenna unit integrated,with printed materials and FR4 structure,using the same materials,using a single feed structure.In order to realize the integration of these antennas,the annular metal of the single cone antenna is used as the ground of the microstrip antenna,the feed of microstrip antenna is also the feed of the 38 GHz antenna.And this paper does a work of integration.Because the size of the microstrip antenna is moderate,the effects of single cone antenna circular metal loading on microstrip antenna can be ignored,so we put the microstrip antenna at the top of the single cone antennas,substrate integrated waveguide slot antenna is put on the microstrip antenna,which results great influence on microstrip antenna,with optimization,the microstrip antenna realizes resonance,and 5G antenna works steadily.Two antennas share the coaxial feed structure.The antenna finished integration and optimization meets the needs of electrical performance.Finally,we process the antennas and test the antennas and do adjustment to meet the requirements of the electrical performance for the antennas.
