Design And Implementation Of The Tax Audit Process Management System

Tax audit information refers to the tax authorities use information technology to implementation audit related data collection,processing and application,in order to improve the level of audit management.It is an important part of tax informationization of our country.But there exist problems such as large amount of information,strong timeliness,fall behind the collection and management system because of the own characteristics tax inspection management itself.This article designs and develops a tax audit process management system which conforms to the audit process based on the research background and the current problems.The system from the start of tax inspection's characteristics,through the in-depth analysis of the audit process,implements the tracking and management of each node of audit process,and fixed enforcement stages,standards in computer operating procedure.The system puts key link of law enforcement such as selection of bases,inspection,the trial and execution into the computer management system,realizes the real-time monitoring,strictly limited and standardize law enforcement activities,which can strengthen the rigidity of the tax law enforcement.This article is divided into seven chapters,respectively are the introduction,analysis of key technologies,requirements analysis,design,implementation,system testing,summary and outlook.In the analysis and design,this article uses UML modeling module to describe the function modules of the system,and gives specific functions class diagram and timing diagram modules which practically describe the workflow process of modules and system.In the system,there are not only modules for the front,but also designs for database structure.In the phase of system implementation,this article shows the screen and code of each functional modules,and does tests to the function and performance of the system in order to make sure the system can be used.Through the tax inspection management system,make full use of information technology,let computers help to finish the structured tasks.Based on Huge amounts of data,all the above can maximize save manpower,improving the utilization ratio of information,give full play to the functions of the audit.
