Object : This subject is a sub-subject of orthopedic research on traditional Chinese Medicine bone-setting simulation system.It mainly applies the motion capture technique principle and attitude detection method to the system,dynamically obtains the moving data of the broken bone when the orthopedic technique is used,and selects the appropriate attitude calculation method,To restore the spatial characteristics of objects.So that students simulate the practice of orthopedic manipulation at the same time,intuitive observation of the role of manipulation under the broken bone movement changes,to deepen understanding of different manipulation mechanism,to better grasp the essentials of operation technique.Methods: The CT images of the left forearm radial fracture were selected and the radial fractures were simulated by mechanical imaging.The corresponding sensors are loaded on the model,and then three different attitude calculation methods are used to obtain the real-time dynamic position of the broken bone,and the data are analyzed and compared.Finally,the appropriate attitude calculation method is selected.Results: the model of the fracture of the middle part of the left forearm was prepared by simulation.Mobile information using a variety of sensorsMEMS micro mechanical system to collect broken bones,according to the characteristics of sports information manipulation under the action of the algorithm will output motion bones using a variety of gestures,compares various attitude output results.The best solution obtained and TCM simulation system model of synchronous movement.Conclusion: It is feasible to apply the method of motion trapping to the mechanism of orthopedic manipulation.In this study,a high simulation model of radius fractures was established.The method of directional cosine method,Euler angle method and quaternion method are used to restore the information of broken bone under the action of manipulation.Through the comparison,the quaternion method is the best,which will lay the foundation for the synchronization of the actual model in the orthopedic simulation system.
