In recent years,with the wireless technology becoming more and more widely used,people have deeper demands for using of multiple bands in wireless technology.As for the mobile terminals,they are designed to support different standards such as TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA,which use multiple frequencies.These demands make the dual-band transceiver as a new challenge to the wireless communication field.Nowadays,the main stream of dual-band transceiver is to establish two individual paths to handle the dual-band signal.This would not match the high integration requirements of the RF system,and it can not match the demand to handle the dual-band signal concurrently.Based on the existing dual-band technology,the thesis researches and realizes a concurrent dual-band system with two local oscillator signals.The system can control the power of two signals with single device.The thesis firstly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing dual-band transceiver structure,briefly introduces the technology that uses one mixer with two local oscillator signals and makes some improvements for the transceivers to be able to control the dual-band signals' power with single device.Secondly,the thesis analyses the properties of mixers,proposes the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the power-control structure.Then the thesis chooses the mixer,performs unit tests and designs a power detection strategy to support the feasibility of the structure.Finally,the thesis performs the system level simulation based on ADS and realizes the power-control function with PCB board.Through the tests of characteristic of the board to verifies the feasibility of the power-control technology.The thesis researches and designs the concurrent dual-band power-control technology.Under the premise of ensure the mixing performance,the technology can transmit and receive dual-band RF signals at different power level.It makes use of the dual-band transceiver closer to practices and lays support for the use of concurrent dual-band system with single device.
