Cognitive radio technology provides a solution to alleviate the shortage of spectrum resources, which also brings its network algorithms into research hotspots.Traditional network algorithms usually need the guidance of the a control center, or a fixed common control channel. But in some fields such as military battlefield and post disaster reconstruction, due to the inability to establish an efficient control center or common control channel, the efficiency of networking will be greatly reduced, or even unable to establish it.Aiming at the key technology of cognitive network, this paper studies the technology of ad hoc network that can realize self-organizing, without the help of the control center or the common control channel. The research in this paper include: 1)The corresponding modeling and simulation work is done for the authorized users,cognitive users and cognitive radio environment. 2) Aiming at the problems found in the cognitive terminal ad hoc network and topology discovery, proposes the multi-terminal topology discovery and maintenance algorithm based on channel grouping,program for system simulation, and make some optimization for system parameters. 3)Finally, according to the optimization results of system simulation, program to realize the multi-terminal CRAHNs topology discovery algorithm on USRP hardware and GNU Radio software platform.
