With the aging of population and the change of family structure in China, the traditional pension model do not meet the complex needs of the current society. The problem of pension is more and more concerned by the society. This paper analyzes the daily needs of special groups, such as middle-aged and elderly people. This paper explores how to design a simple and easy-to-use supervision system for these special groups with advanced Internet technology and the growing popularity of Android smartphones. The system allows the users who do not use smartphones to get started with the system. This paper also implements and tests each functional module. The main researches are as follows:1. System requirement analysis and summary design. According to the needs of the previous research results, this paper analyzes the requirements of the system from two aspects of function and performance.This paper summarizes the data interaction in the system and completes the design of the system database.2. Improve the fall detection method based on Android mobile phone.According to the change of the acceleration and height of the body, this paper introduces the statistical analysis of weightlessness data and reduces the false alarm rate of the existing fall detection method based on the existing fall detection method, through the collection, filtering,feature extraction of data. When the system detects the fall of the elderly,it will send the information of the location and others to their guardian.3. The detailed design and prototype realization of the supervision assistant system . This paper designs a positioning and navigation module that can alleviate the old lost track and make them easy to use, and designs a helper module of the daily life of the elderly, including memos,call guardians, a key weather, and SOS. The memos function introduces the Push service to achieve the guardian of remote assistance. This paper introduces the application of APP preservation mechanism to avoid the Android process recovery mechanism for a long time in the background of the mobile phone application to exit the operation of the risk. The system realizes the full range of daily activities of the users.4. System test of the function and performance. The validity and stability of the system are verified by testing the modules of the system.The paper tests the accuracy and false positive rate of the fall detection method, the accuracy of location data, the rationality of navigation path planning, the friendly use of the small helper module, and the effectiveness of the APP implementation of live protection scheme, etc.In addition, the system also makes the performance test of CPU, memory,power consumption and flow.
