This paper develops a base system of intelligent routers for mt7620a wireless chip,which is based on the resources of the open source community of OpenWrt,and refers to the mt7620a data sheet,user manual and the SDK of ralink,to replace the existing commercial systems and reduce production costs.After simple modification,the system can quickly and flexibly adapt to various mt7620a hardware,and can provide basic support for the intelligent routing of the abundant application of the application levelIn this paper,through in-depth study and research of openwrt system,and a large number of experiments on mt7620n and ar9331,we give the compiling method of openwrt and the detailed cutting plan.First,we have transplanted a variety of plug-in package,so that the system can support abundant application plug-in.Secondly,we have supported abundant peripherals,especially the USB and other peripherals,so that the storage expansion of intelligent routing is possible.The most important is the transplantation of the original ralink driver source code to the system,makes the wireless driver source code can be studied and learned is included in the openwrt.In the process of cutting and transplanting the core of the openwrt system,we have found the part of the library that can be cut off,and this experience is important to people who are interested in openwrt cutting and transplanting.The core work of this paper is the realization of WiFi probe module and the increase of the capacity of single AP(Wireless Access Point).Through the establishment of direct data channel to the application layer,the application layer can directly get the most original data in driver layer whicn can be used as a technical preparation for the subsequent development of intelligent router and commercial WiFi application.Based on this data channel,the WiFi probe module has been designed.The WiFi probe module detects the MAC of mobile phone around the router,and these MAC addresses can be used to provide the original data for traffic analysis.During the late study period,the upper limit of single channel rate has been found through a large number of experiments and theoretical analysis.At the same time,through the optimization of the wireless part,using RSSI to limit the access of station,the capacity of single AP is:improved to 78 units in closed environmentAfter development,the intelligent routing system is tested in detai.Firstly,the stability and reliability of the system is verified.Secondly,the transplanted middleware package is tested one by one.Finally,the WiFi probe function and the capacity of single AP are tested.The test results show that the speicific realization of each part of the system is cornsistent with the expected results.In the end of this paper,we make a simple plan for WIFI probe locating,and point out the direction for the further improvement of the capacity of single AP.
