This thesis aims to manage the implementation of logistics simulation by combining fidelity and reusability to improve the quality of simulation and its reusability in the field of logistics. The thesis gives theoretical research on fidelity and reusability. The U-C model clarifies that a well-prepared fidelity design can naturally balance utility and cost. The thesis also refines the concept, influencing factors and the hierarchical framework of the reusability of logistics simulation. The framework of simulation implementation in logistics based on fidelity and reusability theory provides the theoretical guidance for following simulation practice. The conceptual modelling method-one that integrates the theory of fidelity, module division principle and DEVS model, well controls the simulation implementation in logistics and highly improves the reusability of model. The hierarchical modelling approach given is to improve the validity and reliability of simulation, whose utility is also well-managed by the template provided in this thesis. When the built theoretical method is applied to simulating an emergency storehouse of emergency grain,it helps meet the demand of simulation Lutility, improve model reusability and considerably deduce time for modelling.Meanwhile, the design proposal of conceptual model and simulation model for the objective system in the application case provide referable frame to practices in similar systems, facilitating a virtuous circle for consistently improved level in logistics simulation and modelling.
