At present,the world is very attention to regional security issue.All kinds of regional monitoring technology is developing rapidly.For regional monitoring,domestic application is more extensive in the video monitoring system,namely combining hardware video equipment and software platform of the system.Video surveillance system's monitoring area is limited,and its flexibility is not high,because the hardware cost is high.This paper studies the large data analysis technology based on signalling and the key problem to realize regional monitoring.In order to verify the technical feasibility,this paper designs and implements a set of area monitoring and analysis system based on signalling data.The system provides real-time monitoring area and regional history search two query modes,and provides the location,personnel,time,three dimensions of signalling analysis function.This system signaling data derived from the signal acquisition system.The signal acquisition system collects signal data that contains Cell-ID from signaling monitoring system based on the core network.The regional monitoring and analysis system carries on area modeling and obtains the corresponding Cell-ID and time conditions,then selects eligible data from the signalling data which signal data acquisition system output,thus accomplishes the area monitoring based on signaling.This system breaks through the original Cell-ID positioning technology application that positions the user location according to the Cell-ID,and puts forward a complete circle and polygon area modeling scheme which filtering the Cell-ID,then models area into the Cell-ID set to solve problem of associating the regional monitoring with signaling.This paper adopts the technology of the large data and proposes a real-time communication scheme based on Storm flow processing framework.This scheme solves the massive signaling data screening efficiency problem When monitoring area in real time.This system uses a Hbase which is a No-SQL database,and improved the original Hbase API,solved the problem of low efficiency caused by large amount of data when searching the history of the region.Compared with the existing regional monitoring system,this system is not restricted by hardware video monitoring equipment.This system is based on the popularization of the construction of the operator stations,can be arbitrary set monitoring area,and can change the range.The cost of construction system is low.This paper introduces the developing situation of the regional monitoring system and the system background,including signal acquisition system,Redis and Hbase database.Then,this paper expounds the requirement analysis of system,clear the functional division system.Paper expounds the regional monitoring management portal subsystem,the big data real-time analysis subsystem and the big data history analysis subsystem,and describes in detail its design model and internal business processes.Finally,this paper introduces the system testing and deployment situation,and summarizes the author during the period of graduate study and work experience,and prospects the future development of the system.
