With the improvement of industry level of our country,the relative need and products are increasing while the quality control is more and more difficult.Traditional detection mostly relies on artificial to complete.Without adding labor,it is hard to meet the needs.However the automation is a long-term and effective solution.Nondestructive testing technology is an efficient way to control the quality of the products and the digital method becomes the new trend.It makes the digital image and supports computer technology which offers the possibilities of the improvement of automatic.Traditional digital detection has two steps,the first is image quality detection and the second is image information catch.This paper is based on traditional theory and solves the problem of auto-detection of image quality which could improve the automatic level of the whole nondestructive testing technology.First of all,this paper introduces the background knowledge and relative technologies,and makes a research of algorithm requirement of software system for industrial radiographic image quality self-test.There are three algorithm modules needed which are automatic access threshold module,smooth filtering module and rectangular recognition module.After the software plan design,this paper studies algorithms in each module,makes an improvement and implementation.After the implementation,the implementation effect is evaluated by the experiment.And then,the software system architecture is analyzed and designed,and s the business system into four layers.The collaboration statute is defined after four layers' functions are ascertained.Finally,the software system for industrial radiographic image quality self-test is implemented and the tests are designed for the testing with the actual data.Test results show that the software system is effective and feasible and the image quality self-test function based on image processing techniques has a nice advantage on execution efficiency,judgment accuracy and expansibility.This system has a good development space in the future.
