Withthe development of wireless communication technology,wireless business demand for spectrum rapid growth,at the same time,with the rapid increase of mobile data services,accordingly,mobile data traffic is increasing at a rapid pace,and cloud access networks(C-RAN)as the new network architecture proposed by mobile institute makes the convenience and reliability of the wireless communication possible,not only that,it can also well solve the tidal effect,thus,it can more effectively solve the energy consumption and fully solve the problem of hot spots on network congestion,and it can provide more base stations in the hot spots for flow discharge and less base stations at not hotspots to save the energy,which has received the widespread attention of academia and industry.This article mainly research resource allocation technology of large-scale antenna system based on cloud access networks.As the Delay is an important evaluation index of the user experience,therefore,considering the allocation of resources based on the delay of the technology is more practical significant.First of all,this paper proposes a resource allocation method based on delay in cloud access networks,the method is based on channel state information and the queue status information,and is formed as a power allocation optimization problem of minimizing delay,the problem is modeled as markov decision model,by using the berman equation to solve the optimization problem,finally we get the optimal solution,the solution of the power allocation problem of minimizing the delay includes two aspects named dynamic clustering method and power allocation method,on the one hand,the dynamic clustering method is a function of only all the queue status information(GQSI),the clustering method that need to operation in the central controller takes long time.on the other hand,the Power allocation algorithm is relatively short to spend time,so it can be done in all the base stations,and it's the function of all queue information(GQSI)and all channel state information(GCSI)function.Finally,the simulation results show that the proposed method has good convergence properties,and can reflect the good performance.Secondly,this article considers the precoding optimization of optimal delay in the cloud access networks,the optimization goal is the channel state information(CSI)and the queue status information(both)function,the objective function to problems can be equivalent to the weighted minimum mean square error(MMSE),by using the perturbation analysis method solves the optimization problem,finally we get a low complexity dynamic precoding control algorithm,the algorithm is validated by computer simulation,the results show that this proposed algorithm can get better performance comparing with other algorithms.
