The Modern management information system can greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise management,reduce the management costs of enterprises.However,most of the enterprise management information system planning resource management system(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)and execution layer system(MES)are often developed separately,the lack of planning and contact between the system,not The use of logistics and warehousing services will be the enterprise supply chain in series integration.Therefore,manufacturing enterprises need to establish a warehouse management information system,docking planning level of enterprise resource management system and the implementation of the level of manufacturing execution system.Through the standardization of the warehouse operation process,to reduce the operator's work intensity and cumbersome,reduce errors,speed up the turnover rate and delivery rate of the target.This paper discusses the actual business logic of the warehouse management information system of the semiconductor enterprise,the user role and the actual needs of various roles.Through the demand investigation of the semiconductor enterprise warehousing management information system,the demand of the storage enterprise is analyzed and the system needs to be realized Business needs and system functions.Then,on the basis of demand analysis,the system is designed,and the overall framework of the system is discussed from the aspects of functional structure,architecture,network architecture and database design.The architecture of C / S(client / server)is used to design the system.According to user needs,the system will be specific business applications in the client to display,through the client to establish user and system interaction between the interface.At the same time,in order to meet the specific needs of users,the establishment of a business server to provide users with the basic functions,through the data server to provide warehouse data,material data and other underlying data support.Then,based on the design idea of high cohesion and low coupling,this paper realizes the functions of the warehouse management information system according to the system business requirements and the specific functional requirements.Through the basic data management module,the warehouse management module,the shipping management module,Cost management module and customs management module and other functional modules of the flow chart and sequence diagram of the design of the functional modules of the specific business logic.And on the basis of the business process design,through the design of the functional module class diagram,the concrete realization details of each function module are clarified.Finally,according to the actual needs of the warehousing management information system,the nine specific functions of the basic data management,receipt management and in-store management are tested to verify the system's satisfaction with the user's business needs.At the same time,the ease of use,efficiency and safety of the system were tested,and the test results were analyzed synthetically.At last,the system to achieve the semiconductor enterprise warehousing management information system specific functions,including basic data management,receipt management,management within the library,the operation of standardized management.Through the system described in this paper,you can achieve the dynamic management of semiconductor enterprise warehouse,warehousing services more accurate and timeliness.Warehouse management information system is completed,to meet the needs of semiconductor enterprise warehousing management.
