RFID radio frequency identification technology is a rising wireless identification technology in modern times, and has broad prospects for development. Compared with the traditional identification technology, RFID radio frequency identification technology has many advantages, such as non-contact, high transmission data rate, communication distance and penetration, etc.At present, RFID technology has been applied in various fields, for example: we live in all areas of logistics management, identification, medical,military and industry, plays an important role in people's life and work.However, radio frequency identification technology is still facing some problems in the process of application, for example, security and privacy issues, middleware issues, tag anti-collision issues, The security and privacy issues are urgent to be solved, if the security and privacy issues can not be resolved, RFID technology in the application field will have a lot of limitations. The main research of this paper is the security and privacy of RFID technology, Security issues are tracking attacks, denial of service attacks and non synchronous attacks, forgery attacks, privacy issues facing the anonymity and forward security. In order to protect the security and privacy of users in the RFID system, domestic and foreign scholars have proposed many methods, but by the labels to calculate the low strength, small storage space and power constraints, these methods have problems. In this paper,we design a kind of ultra lightweight authentication protocol - SIUAP ultra lightweight authentication protocol, This protocol is not limited by the strength of label calculation,the storage space is small and the power supply is limited,at the same time,it enhances the security and privacy of RFID system.The main innovation of this paper is:(1 ) This paper introduces the characteristics of RFID system, analyzes and summarizes the existing security methods which can not meet the requirements of RFID system for low cost and high security,thus, This paper presents the SIUAP ultra lightweight authentication protocol based onNonlinear function MIXBITS and round function F(x) . This paper introduces the authentication process of SIUAP ultra lightweight mutual authentication protocol and the working process of the reader and tag.(2) This paper presents the GNY logic analysis of the proposed SIUAP ultra lightweight mutual authentication protocol, and proves that the authentication protocol can effectively achieve the goal of two-way authentication between reader and tag. Safety analysis for the the SIUAP ultra lightweight mutual authentication protocol, proved that SIUAP ultra lightweight mutual authentication protocol can effectively resist tracking attacks, denial of service attacks and non synchronization attacks, anti forgery attack, Then,the performance of the SIUAP ultra lightweight protocol is compared with the existing authentication protocol, which proves that the SIUAP protocol can meet the requirements of low cost and improve the efficiency of implementation.(3) In this paper,the RFID system is theoretically defined by probability,the probability model of the RFID system, the attacker model of RFID, the security target model of RFID system are established. Finally, we use the randomized privacy game to prove the SIUAP ultra lightweight mutual authentication protocol to ensure that the RFID system has anonymity and forward security.
