Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Library Project Of Fugu Conutry Based On Audience Survey

In order to solve the farmers' "difficulty in buying,borrowing and reading books",in March 2007,the General Administration of Press and Publication in conjunction with the central civilization government,the GAPP in conjunction with the central civilization government,NDRC,ministry of science and technology,the ministry of civil affairs,ministry of finance,the ministry of agriculture,national population and family planning commission jointly released the "countryside book house" project implementation opinions,to enhance the build of "countryside book house" project.Since 2007,the "countryside bookstore" has blossomed and become a shining spot of our rural civilization construction.Taking Fugu county as an example,this paper investigates the current situation and problems of the countryside bookstore project in Fugu country,referring to relevant theories,obtaining data by statistical analysis,learning lessons from the practical experiences and regulations of countryside book house project both domestically and abroad,using literature review,interview and questionnaire survey methods,from the perspectives of implementation and status quo of countryside book house,analyzing improvement and of the Fugu countryside book house project.The research found that:(1)the countryside book house project has positive meaning to Fugu's new rural public culture construction in some degree.This paper argues that the project's current infrastructure is relatively complete,utilization fulfill the requirements partially,management is preliminary standardized,countryside book house is demanded and expected by the residents,urrent Fugu countryside book house project's construction has positive effect on the rural public civilization service.(2)This paper also exposes some problems existing in the Fugu countryside book house project during the survey,including:the countryside book house supply can not match the rural residents demand,the rural residents' understanding of the farm house and utilization rate is not adequate,the funding for the operation of reading is unsustainable,farm house daily management operation is not standard.(3)the reason of the above problems are existing in the government's solely resource supply mode,government poor publicity and rural residents'low educational standard are both critical,and countryside book house primarily relies on limited government financial input,employees' management skills need to be improved.(4)referring to the experience both domestically and abroad,according to those problems mentioned above,this paper puts forward:completing the operating system based on the demand analysis,enriching the countryside book house's management pattern and channel,forming a diversified funding mechanism,standardizing countryside book house operation management system.
