In the development of the information age,the impact of digital media on people is the most obvious.As the advent of 4G wireless communication technology driven by the increasing number of digital resources,in turn,it promotes the increasing people's demand for wireless transmission capacity.So it is difficult to reconcile the contradiction between the two.On the one hand,with the chip performance improvement,there have been many advanced multimedia terminal equipment;on the other hand,the rapid development of multimedia technology forms a huge resource pressure on the limited wireless bandwidth resources.At present,the digital media in the video resource format is not the same.To allow users in the same multimedia terminal to get a good visual experience,something needs to be done for multimedia content adaptation.This adaptation technique refers to a technique based on the human interest area(ROI).This paper is based on the differentiated network and terminal conditions,targets the wireless video content in the region of interests,analyses video content after its adaptive transmission and adaptive process,and ultimately treat the terminal equipment users Get a good visual perception as the purposes.For the pursuit of high-quality visual experience,the purpose of multimedia video transmission is to obtain a certain amount of information to meet people's good visual experience.The premise of obtaining these is the need to extract the region of interest of the video image.This paper is based on the user-perceived Itti model to obtain the region of interest,and carry on the intra-frame analysis to the video content.Secondly,this paper uses video inter-frame motion energy difference model to analyze the inter-frame motion of video content.According to the results of intra-frame and inter-frame analysis of video content and the classification of video frame sequence distinguished by the evaluation method of differentiated classification,it establishs the video content quality analysis model,constructs the model based on wireless multimedia video.It further builds multimedia service framework based on the the experience of appreaciating video quality,and finally establishes the multimedia video system based on video quality service.In the test environment,through the operation to the video bit rate,resolution,format and other adaptation operations,the region of interest(ROI)video adaptation and quality protection are realized and the user's good visual experience is met as well.
