3D dynamic data is a new generation of multimedia data after speech,image,video and 3D model.Especially with the rapid development of hardware technology in recent years,the number of 3D dynamic data is increasing rapidly.3D dynamic data and its processing technology has become one of the hot topics in computer graphics.This paper is focusing on the problem of 3D dynamic data correspondence and segmentation with the help of user constraints.The main research contents include:(1)For the problem of 3D dynamic data correspondence,a local space approximation algorithm is proposed.The algorithm first allows the user to define some marker points on the keyframe.Then,according to the consistency of the 3D dynamic data in the local space,the location of the marker points in the next frame is predicted by the matching of the prediction window and the local feature.Finally,the surface sampling and isometric mapping algorithm are used to obtain the correspondence.In experiment,the performance of the benchmark database is compared,and it can be found that the algorithm can effectively improve the correspondence accuracy.(2)Existing interactive approaches only works for single 3D meshes.In view of this,we propose an interactive algorithm of segmenting 3D animated meshes based on 3D data correspondence.Firstly,User can mark some points on any one 3D mesh for interactive segmentation.Then,the algorithm can map the user's marks to other meshes by geodesic distance and isometric mapping.Finally,we perform interactive segmentation of other frames by transferred markers and iso-lines.Experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively segment different kinds of 3D animations.In addition,it can effectively improve the segmenting quality over the exiting algorithms.(3)A prototype system is designed and developed for interactive correspondence and segmentation for 3D models.On the basis of the above algorithms,we design and implement the 3D model processing platform.The platform realizes the user interaction interface,the visualization of the model correspondence the segmentation effect.Thus it is convenient for the researchers to visualize the algorithm and improve the accuracy.
