In the field of satellite navigation, the emergence of GNSS brought the satellite positioning and navigation technology into a new stage. GNSS includes all of the satellite navigation systems, such as GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and, Compass and their enhanced systems. Compared with the receiver of the single satellite system, multi-mode GNSS receiver can use more satellites to obtain a better information. The purpose of this paper is to design a general navigation signal processing platform for GNSS,which can support GPS,GLONASS,Galileo and Compass. The platform can support the signal reception and processing of four systems. At the same time, the platform can be updated and loaded remotely. The platform was based on the idea of modularization design in the whole design process.Firstly, combined with the actual needs, according to the fundamental principle of GNSS receiver, we determined the preliminary design of the platform. Secondly, we began the modular design and determined the overall design scheme. Thirdly, according to the whole scheme design, we began the hardware design of the platform, including the AD conversion unit, signal processing unit, the remote loading unit, the power and the clock unit. Finally, we finished the design of the platform, and then began the debugging of the platform and the GNSS receiver. As a result, the platform can receive multiple frequency of the four systems, including L1, L2 and L5 of GPS, E1 and E5 of Galileo, G1 and G2 of GLONASS and B1, B3 of Compass. And we can get the pseudo-range, carrier phase, Doppler shift and overload noise ratio of each frequency. Besides, the platform can be updated and loaded remotely. Above all,the platform meets the design requirements.
