With the popularity of smart phones and tablet computers, people's demand for mobile data traffic grows exponentially. The traditional MIMO technology can not meet the people's requirements for communication systems,.Therefore, the US Bell Labs proposed ???MIMO system concept in 2010. By a substantial increase in the number of antennas of the base stations, Large-Scale MIMO system can achieve higher data transfer rates and more reliable data services. But there are many problems in Large-Scale MIMO implementations,such as the setting of the base station antenna problem and detection algorithm problems. Due to a substantial increase in the number of base station antennas, resulting in the traditional applies MIMO signal detection algorithm is no longer suitable for Large-Scale MIMO systems. This paper studies the detection algorithm which is applicable to Large-Scale MIMO system deeply.First, the imaginary values model and real value system model of the Large-Scale MIMO system are deeply studied in this article.And gives several traditional MIMO detection algorithms such as ZF detection algorithm,MMSE detection algorithm's implementation process and simulation results, From the simulation results, due to poor detection performance and complexity reasons, the traditional MIMO detection algorithm is no longer applicable to Large-Scale MIMO systems.Secondly, the paper studies the principle and the process and simulation results of RS detection algorithm deeply, From the simulation results,the traditional Random-RS detection algorithm's disadvantage of poor performance.and make the MIV-RS algorithm' poor performance.So this paper presents MIV-M-RS detection algorithm, the algorithm can not only improved the performance of the algorithm to detect, but also effectively control iterations and the complexity of the algorithm.Finally, this article makes a deep analysis on LAS detection algorithm's principle and performance simulation.For local minimum solution of the problem, this paper presents LAS detection algorithm based on random list. From the simulation results, the improved algorithm can not only solve the problem of local minimum solutions to enhance the performance of the algorithm to detect, but also effectively control the complexity of the algorithm. And because of the local minimum solution of RS detection algorithm, this article propose based on random list RS detection algorithm. The simulation showed that, the improved algorithm not only has better detection performance, but also effectively control the complexity.
