High sensitive atomic magnetometer should be designed by using non-magnetic materials.At the meanwhile,each part of the atomic magnetometer shouldn't produce a noise of magnetometer field.As the most important physical part of the atomic magnetometer,the magnetic sensor should work in a certain temperature range.So this requires the heating device can not only make the sensor work in the specific temperature,but also produce the noise magnet as little as possible.In this subject,I propose a design of Non-magnetic heating device for micro structural atomic magnetic sensor and combine with the specifications demand of atomic magnetometer.And I achieve the highly precision measurement of heating and temperature controlling functions for magnetic sensor.At first,we expound the background of the topic and introduce the application range of the magnetometer.And then analyze the research status quo of atomic magnetometer in domestic and foreign.And we expound the advantages and disadvantages of the different heating methods by making a comparison with research situations at home and abroad.Research purpose,content and technical index are proposed.Next,the principle of Spin-Exchange Relaxation-Free atomic magnetometer is introduced simply.And we have a research of the relation of the temperature and relaxation which is the process of atomic depolarization.The variation of relaxation car change the line width of atomic magnetometer.Then we calculate the curve of sensitive and temperature basing on the formula of the magnetometer's sensitive.Then,this part we have a theoretical simulation about the situation of temperature of the micro structural atomic vapor cell.According to analysis of the result of the steady state,we discuss the influence for the temperature distribution of the micro structural atomic vapor cell from three aspects which are different power of laser with one heating spot,different sizes of heating spot and the number of the heating spot.Finally,Based on the theoretical simulation and two tests,we present a most appropriate way to heating the vapor cell.The experiment of heating with one spot proves the simulation.The second experiment is for testing the ability of controlling temperature.We have some measurements about remanence of device and the magnetic field produced when the device is working.It is certified through a serial experiments that the device comply with the design requirement.
