By combining the geographic information technology and computer technology, virtual reality technology, the Web 3D GIS system in order to 3D virtual simulation of large-scale terrain scene mode, to realize 3D information spatial geographic object analysis and 3D display, has become the current Web 3D GIS is the most important one of the function and Application of hot.Through the 3D terrain simulation of large-scale, achieve the real world natural attributes accurately reflect, to terrain data, a lot of remote sensing image data and other data of scene, and the scene the true exquisite degree and range size and directly proportional to the amount of data. According to the simulation scene size, these data at up to tens of GB or TB level. The huge amount of data to the system brings the huge storage and network release pressure, how to organize, dispatch massive terrain data, effectively release to realize the 3D simulation service system, become a problem in the process, is also the main research questions asked.Therefore, this article from the data organization, data dynamic scheduling strategy and mechanism and network service release three aspects of architecture in the exploration and research. First, through the establishment of the level of detail model technology based on(LOD,Level of Detail) and terrain tiles multi-resolution Pyramid data for four binary tree index technology model, realized the hierarchical of massive terrain data block and four fork tree index, establishes the multi resolution terrain expression and block the organization and management of data foundation. Then we propose a view of data dynamic scheduling strategy and asynchronous scheduling mechanism based on the terrain data, according to dynamic loading mechanism field range, to a certain extent solved the bottleneck problem of massive terrain data in real-time rendering and network service release process to disposable loading.To improve the stability of massive terrain data scheduling efficiency and network transmission, the massive terrain data network services become possible. Finally, in combination with the project example, discusses the system architecture of network service publishing and publishing process, and through the analysis of the operation effect and performance index of the prototype system, the technical route and method are verified.Effective service massive terrain data in 3D network system in the publication requirements.
