The great success created by the mankind is evident in the process of development,but every small step in it changes around it,including the earth and even space.The harmful poison and waste manufactured by us have caused large harm and trauma on our environment,one of the key damages is water.We have survived the state of the lack of water,coupled with its destruction,bringing the cases of disease and even death,which has hindered our forward development.It is very necessary to use,develop and monitor water for ensuring the purity and safety of drinking water.Traditional biological methods and physical and chemical methods can ensure the accuracy of the results.However,the lack of timeliness,simplicity and ease of operation can't suit the requirement of fast rhythm.In order to rapidly detect and evaluate the quality of drinking water,the project combined with the new photoelectric technology designs this water quality detector.The new technology based on luminous bacteria has risen in recent years in China,foreign experts in the World War II have begun to use it in atmospheric monitoring,China paid attention to it immediately after the foreigners.After 1950,Chinese began to do a lot of applied research,and mastered application technology.Luminous bacteria technology is a new biological measurement method,thanks to its wide range of sources and very low cost.The characteristics of emitting light steadily and stably in the normal water environment are the focus of our application.In this paper,we research on the external characteristics and the internal mechanism of the luminous bacteria in detail,especially its reaction mechanism.The whole reaction chain was introduced.We focus on the key link that is the relationship between bacterial luminescence and water environment.And we do the preparation of the knowledge for the system architecture.For this luminous characteristic,the system designs a thorough detection process,draws a detailed hardware architecture diagram,the software running process and the subsequent steps.The layout of the system starts from the hardware structure.The key components of the system are designed one by one,including the loading unit,the light receiving and signal conversion unit(PMT),the controller part,the power supply module and so on.Finally,we make adjustment on the hardware configuration.In addition,the design of the circuit board is also an important step in the hardware composition,the key rules in which can't be ignored.The completion of the hardware marks the beginning of the software part of the design,any instructions and requirements of the people are sent to the system through the program,the software part is corresponding to hardware modules,follows the structural characteristics.The completion of hardware and software matching does not indicate the end of the design,overall debugging is also needed.System debugging process uses the actual measurement and software simulation to ensure the reliability of the detection system.Following the initial design,subsequent experimental verification is also essential and requires a lot of repetitive work to eliminate the occasional factors.The performance of detection equipment based on the new technology of luminous bacteria can be compared or even beyond the other existing methods,which benefits from the superiority of device performance.Including the main controller of the powerful on-chip composition,saving the external circuit space,PMT's high sensitivity,low noise and fast conversion performance and other functions,and these are inseparable.The current system need to be further improved in the test results,which requires biology and environmental science theory to further support.This topic combines multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge,and interdisciplinary research itself is a trend.With the in-depth research and advancement of the experiment,the system will break through in the blind spot,performance and function will continue improving.Future-oriented products will be used in environmental monitoring,health and epidemic prevention,food production,medical diagnosis,scientific research and other fields,and will improve the drinking water of the residents.
