A Study Of The Diffusion And Resolution Strategy Of Irrational Factors In The Communication Process Of Internet Public Opinion

In the traditional media age,people want to sound but no place to sound,and the emergence of the Internet for people to provide a broad platform for their own words.In this era of "everyone is the microphone",has been suppressed the right to speak completely liberated,and Internet technology for each innovation and the expression of the right to provide an unlimited possibilities.In the cyberspace,people arbitrarily expressed the inner thoughts,different views of the collision,intertwined "network of public opinion" came into being.The expression of public opinion in a powerful form to promote the efficient and effective solution to public affairs,but also on government decision-making,judicial and other aspects of supervision and restraint.On the other hand,the lack of supervision of cyberspace,the disagreement of public opinion and so on has also caused the dirty state of the network public opinion environment.In the network of public opinion,free to abuse,one-sided accusations,one-sided trend everywhere.So in this context,this study to the network of public opinion in the irrational factors as the object of study to explore the reasons for non-rational factors to continue to spread and mechanism,and put forward the corresponding digestion strategy.This study uses case analysis and content analysis to study.In the course of the study,the paper summarizes the diffusion mechanism of irrational factors and the time points of the fastest digestion by summarizing and analyzing the typical and well-known hot events on the network such as Guo Meimei event,PX project,Cui Yongyuan and Fang Zhouzi microblogging,more convincing.Using the content analysis method to the users of the thread and comments content for keyword extraction,subject cluster analysis,to clear the attitude of the Internet users and comments point.This study is divided into four chapters.The first chapter expounds the related concepts of "public opinion" and "network public opinion",and summarizes the new characteristics of network public opinion compared with public opinion.In addition,from the philosophical point of view on the irrational,the network of public opinion in the irrational made relevant definition,and to Professor Chen Lidan set up by the public opinion of the "Golden Section" as the basis for clarity in the network of public opinion of irrational tendencies Standard of judgment.The second chapter summarizes the three external manifestations of irrational factors in the spread of network public opinion: human flesh search,network rumor and cyber attack,and summarizes the typical mechanism of irrational factors in diffusion,namely,opinion-leader radiation diffusion,Snowball-like expansion and diffusion,domino-style chain diffusion.Through the analysis of its diffusion mechanism,can effectively block the irrational factors continue to spread and spread.The third chapter analyzes the reasons of the irrational factors in the spread of the network public opinion from the carrier,the subject,the system and the culture.The existence of irrational factors in the network public opinion has its complex causes,only to find the right reasons to prescribe the right medicine.The fourth chapter analyzes the negative impact of irrational factors and how to contain the irrational factors.Strategy,mainly including the Internet users,the media and the government three aspects of the effort.Through these strategies,not to completely eliminate the irrational elements of public opinion in the network,but in order to minimize its negative impact,so that it play a more positive role.The innovation of this research is to make a more accurate and general summary of the diffusion mechanism of irrational factors.The bursting and propagating processes of each public opinion event are different.This study glimpses their common ground and combs out the general pattern of diffusion.This research is a supplement to the current research on network public opinion,but there are still some problems in the research methods,theoretical framework and so on.We hope that the follow-up research can make a breakthrough,and strive for the healthy development of China's network of public opinion to provide more reference.
