In wireless sensor networks, the location accuracy of nodes often determines the availability of the system,so the related research work mainly focuses on improving the accuracy of localization. This paper first introduces the related background and architecture of wireless sensor networks, and the basic concepts related to the localization of wireless sensor networks.Secondly, some classical algorithms of location algorithm are analyzed in detail. The principle and design idea of each algorithm, the location process of each algorithm, the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm and the applicable environment are expounded. The sensor nodes collect data in the forest, water and other complex environment, because of the interference signal strength and signal transmission speed by obstacles or.transmission medium, affecting the measurement accuracy positioning algorithm based on signal information. At the same time, considering the cost of.nodes and the dynamics of nodes,DV-Hop localization algorithm has strong applicability and practicability,so the optimization of DV-Hop positioning algorithm is the main research direction. After related theoretical deduction and extensive simulation experiments, this paper summarizes three factors that affect the positioning accuracy of DV-Hop algorithm.Based on the idea of variance,a formula for measuring the degree of discrete nodes is proposed. At the same time,it is proved by experiment that the method of region division can reduce the location error of nodes effectively. In view of the above three error factors, the algorithm steps of the original algorithm are improved. Finally, the simulation software is used to analyze the algorithm, and the optimization algorithm can effectively reduce the positioning error and save system overhead.
