The detections of human health parameters are significant for the assessment of human health and the early detection of health risks.The accurate and reliable measurements are the prerequisites for all disease detection,control and treatment.The fiber optic sensors are becoming increasingly attractive for applications in biomedical sensing size due to their advantages properties such as compact size,light weight,and immunity to electromagnetic interference.In this paper,two kinds of optical fiber sensor-fiber Bragg grating sensor and Fabry-Perot sensor are used to study the measurement method of human health parameters.Optical fiber sensors and other types of biomedical sensors were introduced,and this paper focuses on the principle of fiber Bragg grating sensing and the sensing principle of fiber-optic sensor.The fiber Bragg grating sensors are designed to detect the deformation degree of bone.In order to accurately obtain the measurement data,the fiber Bragg grating sensor is calibrated first.The relationship between the deflection of the fiber and the center wavelength of the grating reflection peak is obtained by calibration experiment.The fiber Bragg grating skeleton stress deformation test system is constructed to detect the deformation of the bone force.Experiments show that the fiber Bragg grating sensor can accurately detect the degree of deformation of the bone and the sensitivity of up to39.00525 pm / mm.A miniature all-silica fiber-tip sensor is made of a single-mode fiber and glass tube with a fusion splicer and a pneumatic pump.The pressure test is conducted in a typical amplitude range of the human body.Experiments show that when the pressure increases,thespectrum moves toward the longer wavelength and lower frequency,and the sensitivity of the pressure test is 0.3pm / mmHg.Two different cavity length Fabry-Perot sensor are produced,and then packaged in a structure which is filled with simethicone.The temperature sensing experiments show that: both sensors can well reflect the temperature changes.The sensitivity of the short-cavity-length sensor is 55.615 pm / ?,and the longer one is 43.55 pm / ?.Experiments show that the short-cavity sensor has the smoother spectrum and the longer phase period.The miniature all-silica fiber Fabry-Perot sensors were demonstrated.The sensors have the advantages of low fabrication cost,high mechanical strength,and high sensitivity to both pressure and temperature,and this make the sensors available for the measurement of human health parameters.
