Because of the lack of theoretical guidance and the lack of effective evaluation mechanism in traditional heating industry,the energy consumption level is still high.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the operation optimization of heating boilers,which can provide effective guidance for the heating enterprises in the actual production process.At present,the heating enterprises in China mainly used in chain boiler,however,coal fired boiler combustion process is very complex,the mutual coupling between variables,and has the characteristics of large time-delay and nonlinearity,so to obtain the accurate mathematical model is very difficult.However,with the development of information technology,a large amount of data has been produced in the production process of heating enterprises.However,due to the enterprises do not pay attention to,but also the lack of relevant statistical knowledge,these data have not been effectively utilized.In this situation,mining on the analysis and research of the boiler operation mechanism after combined with the method of data mining and association rules analysis of boiler historical data so as to design a method for boiler operation optimization of boiler operation variables,the main contents are as follows:In this paper,the operation mechanism of the coal fired hot water boiler is analyzed,and the speed of the blower,the speed of the draught fan,the speed of the grate and the speed of the coal feeder are determined as the operational variables.By means of mining the association rules between the 4 operating variables and the high efficiency point of boiler operation,and according to the rules of association rules,the boiler combustion efficiency is optimized.The second is used to eliminate the missing data to repair the historical data and the abnormal value by using Lagrange method and other statistical methods,and historical data processing after discretization,choose Apriori method for mining association rules of historical data.The association rules are merged and eliminated to form the association rule base,and the association rule base is used as a tool to optimize the boiler operation.Then a detailed description of the use of association rules to specific steps in the optimization of boiler operation,according to the real-time data of boiler operation from the association rule library search with the current association rules of boiler operation,blast,and adjust the boiler according to the proposed association rules in the operation range of the variable wind grate,and other variables.At last,the method is applied to a hot water coal fired chain boiler in Dalian,and the effectiveness of the method is verified.Compared with the traditional operation,the operation method can obviously improve the combustion efficiency of the boiler...
