The Association Analysis Research Applied In The Field Of Heating

Recently data mining in knowledge discovery is a hot topic in the field, where association analysis is an important method.Like most industries, heating companies are storing large amounts of data. The face of a large number of complicated data, traditional data analysis tools are difficult to cope with large amounts of data, resulting in more and more data disaster. Relational database provide a simple query and report generation capabilities, it can only get the surface data information, but cannot get the intrinsic relationship between data attributes and hidden information, resulting in waste of resources, and so how to rationally use these data has become an important information resource management. The development of data mining technology provides an effective way to solve this problem.This paper gives a comprehensive overview for data mining technology and an in-depth analysis of association rules method. Through the relevant research, experiment and analysis, the result showed that the effect is better.Using the heating data for application background, based on the previous studies of the association rule mining, to construct the model and improve the traditional association rules algorithm Apriori algorithm, to achieve multi-dimensional association rule mining. The main research is as follows:First, this paper introduces the research background and significance, including the development of domestic and international status, further research also introduces the concept of data mining, association rules, classification of association rule, methods and algorithms commonly used;Second, detailed the data model of building the heating process, this section includes business requirements analysis, data analysis, data modeling, data preprocessing, which is the thesis of a research, but also the basis of association rule mining research;Third, detailed implementation of the association rule mining process. The paper considers a multi-dimensional thinking based on existing association rule mining algorithm which is Apriori algorithm, achieved multi-dimensional data mining on the heating data, and analysis of the digging out rules from various angles, supporting the related management decisions.Finally, summarize the work and the work carried out on the next prospect.
