In the current military field,high-speed frequency hopping characteristic of frequency hopping source is needed to obtain high solution,closer object identification distance,high quality data transmission and stronger anti-interference and confrontation ability in radar system,communication system,missile guidance system and detonating and controlling system.The s-band fast frequency hopping source researched in this subject,which is mainly used in some missile-borne system,is the key microwave circuit component of high performance and reliability in miniature detonating and controlling radar.In this subject,through the study of fast frequency hopping source technology,the circuit design of multiple frequency sources with a switch is used to remedy the defect of long time the PLL frequency sets up and solve the problem of ns level fast frequency hopping technology.Microwave multilayer circuit board design,the structure design of slot line and double-layer covers,and the process design of multi chip micro-assembly and laser seal welding are applied to solve the problems such as the function realization of the product in small size,high isolation in wide temperature range and the overall sealing of the component.The anti-interference design is adopted to optimize the output isolation of phase-locked source and solve the frequency and phase stabilities the load bull brings in.In this thesis,the scheme design,feasibility demonstration,device selection,simulation calculation,the process design of circuit board,cavity structure and assembly,sample production and electric performance test and analysis are presented.The s-band fast frequency hopping source researched in this subject has definite application background and market value,which has a very big promotion significance and broad application prospects no matter in the field of civilian or military communication.
