The balance of production lines has been a problem to be solved in the manufacturing industry and a measure of whether an enterprise is an important indicator of competitiveness.It can solve the reasonable arrangements for the production line of human,productivity and equipment capacity problems.The paper aims to allocate the various processes to each station without violating the construction principle of the site,so as to improve the balance rate of the production line and improve the productivity of the enterprise.In this paper,we first study the balance of the production line,compare the advantages and disadvantages of genetic algorithm,ant colony algorithm and artificial fish swarm algorithm,and use the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm to study the balance of production line.Secondly,taking a truck scale assembly line as an example,according to the existing process,the production line of the automobile production line division and operation time measurement,obtained the work histogram of each station,intuitively shows the balance of the truck scale production line Low problem.Third,according to the problems found in the establishment of mathematical models,set constraints,make job priority relationship diagram.On this basis,the genetic factors are added on the basis of the basic artificial fish swarm algorithm,and the operations on the truck scale production line are re-encoded,crossed,mutated,decoded,rearranged and reorganized,and the optimal solution is searched to improve the process Process.The simulation results of the truck scale production line are calculated by MATLAB software,and the production equilibrium rate and smoothness index are calculated according to the simulation results.Finally,combined with the actual situation,the algorithm simulation to optimize the results to be adjusted,after the improvement of the truck scale production line analysis and evaluation.The paper uses the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm to explore the production line balance,reduce the production rhythm,improve the production balance rate,and optimize the allocation of resources for enterprises to achieve a more step closer,but also improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
