Data Mining Based Stock Material Analysis System Designing And Realization

Most of raw materials like CPU,Router,Module etc.in ETO project-oriented companies are high-tech materials,changing in prompt way in terms of model,version etc in daily business.Companies need to manage and control these raw material stock in effective ways to control stock and improve cash flow.The actual situation of stock raw materials can not be reflected by normal ABC Classification Method which don't take enough consideration towards the material useage frequency,last Goods Issue time of raw materials etc.In ERP system,there are a large number of valuable Material Documents of Goods Recipt and Goods Issue,and Accounting Documents reflecting actual material usage situation of the company,which can be collected and purified for increasing stock material management..How to identify the undeveloped and valuable knowledge and underlying rules of comsuption of the raw materials is the most concerned point of company logistic department and management council.The analysis system takes advantage of data mining technologies to fulfill the analysis of stock raw materials and extraction of underlying rules of material consumption to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of stock management in ETO companies.The major works in the system are described as below:(1)Utilize data pre-processing technologies to pre-process the data of stock raw materials in purpose of generating the available data sources using Clustering data mining algorithm to eliminate the dead stock materials.(2)Through analysis of the 4 key attributes of stock materials in terms of "Material Unit Price","Material Frequency","Material Quantity" and "Material Idle Time",utilizes Classification Decision Tree data mining technology to train the existing manual ABC classification samples,generate decision tree model.Enhanced ABC classification reports of stock materials then generated for decision making for company management council.(3)Realizes the functions of stock material analysis system with C/S archtechture under platform of MS.NET 4.0,using VS2010 C#language,test and validate the effectiveness of the system.
