| With the rapid development of electric vehicles,high-speed trains and other industries,power electronics has entered the fast lane of development,as has IGBT high voltage,high input impedance,voltage is small,the advantage of the driving circuit is relatively simple,as for high power converter,more and more attention to by.While the IGBT price is relatively high,and work in high pressure,high power environment,easy to damage,so the IGBT drive circuit design to achieve protection function of IGBT fully,so the research of IGBT more and more attention to the study of driving circuit is.This paper is based on the electric vehicle controller,briefly introduces the various functional modules of the controller,mainly for the controller in the selection of IGBT,work characteristics are introduced,.Analysis of the working principle of IGBT,IGBT drive circuit design requirements and matters needing attention,lists the peak reverse voltage IGBT suppression switch process in several common solutions,and presents a new method based on the new lower arm,through theoretical analysis,simulation module of OrCAD and Cadence in the simulation,verification the validity and feasibility of the program.At the same time,the heat loss and short circuit protection of IGBT are briefly introduced.Finally,this paper summarizes the whole paper,points out the deficiency and the need for improvement,and makes a simple plan for the next phase of the project.After reading this article,readers will have a general understanding of the foundation and development of IGBT. |
