The technology of tactile display is a hot topic in the field of human-computer interaction and virtual reality.It can be widely used in Internet,telemedicine,mobile shopping,education and teaching.The interactive mode integrated tactile display can improve the quality and efficiency of human-computer interaction,which gives people a more real immersion and open a new channel of communication between human and virtual world.The tactile display based on electrostatic is one of main ways to achieve the interactive mode with bare finger.The user realizes the shape,contours and textures and other physical properties of the virtual object by touching the terminal interface such as the smartphone and the tablet computer with the function of the tactile display to achieve a rich and realistic tactile reproduction.But the key factor to determine the application of tactile display is the tactile perception of "human".The formation mechanism of tactile sensation is very complicated.The evaluation method of tactile effect mainly depends on the evaluation of human subjective feeling,lack of objective evaluation method and the evaluation data to represent tactile effect.So a quantitative and standardized evaluation system has not yet been formed.Aiming at the problem of evaluation of haptic effect based on electrostatic,this paper puts forward he evaluation method from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative and evaluation,which can increase the commonality of haptic display,develop the industry standards,provide a reference to expand application with tactile interface.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The mechanism of electrostatic tactile display has been analyzed from two aspects that generation of tactile force and the charge change between the finger and touch panel.The electrostatic force expression method for studying the effect of electrostatic force tactile reproduction is studied combining the equivalent circuit model of finger-touch panel.(2)Aiming at the objective evaluation of the effect of electrostatic force tactile display,the experimental method of measuring the electrostatic force of the fingertip is designed and the electrostatic force measuring device is constructed.The electrostatic force of the fingertip is measured and the simulation of the equivalent circuit model is built.The realistic evaluation data to express the effect of electrostatic tactile display is obtained and the mapping model between electrostatic force and waveform,frequency,amplitude of drive signal.(3)The subjective evaluation method of electrostatic force tactile reproduction based on psychophysics is developed.Aimed at human subjective perception,the Resolution and threshold resolution thresholds of the human body's finger is measured by the four waveforms of sine wave,square wave,saw tooth wave and triangular wave.ANOVA analysis was used to analyze the effect of gender on the thresholds.The hardness,viscosity,roughness and comfort of electrostatic force were measured.Combined with objective electrostatic force measurement data,the mapping mechanism model between the electrostatic force and tactile is established.(4)The subjective method based on task performance to evaluate the effect of tactile display is introduced.Introducing artificial human-computer interaction rule of Steering Law,the experimenter completes different steering tasks to discuss the interactive way' impact of efficiency and accuracy integrated tactile display.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)The equivalent circuit model of the system is improved,and an indirect measurement method to measure force of the fingertip is proposed.The force measurement platform is built to solve the problem of measuring the force.(2)Aiming at the objective evaluation to effect of electrostatic tactile display,the mapping model between the parameter of driving signal's waveform,frequency and amplitude and electrostatic force is established.(3)According to the subjective evaluation of the effect of electrostatic tactile display,the evaluation method based on psychophysics and task performance has been respectively put forward.Using the psychophysical method,the human body's tactile perception threshold is obtained.Using the method of task performance,it is verified that the interactive mode of fusion electrostatic tactile display can improve the interactive efficiency and interactive accuracy of touch screen interaction.
