Due to the individual needs of customers constantly changing,the market needs to respond to this change quickly,which has brought today's enterprise production operations huge challenge.Workshop layout design is one of the key issues in production planning,an important factor affecting the logistics costs of the workshop,how to design a layout meeting the requirements of production is not only the core issue of enterprise concern but also a hot topic for domestic and foreign scholars.Based on the enterprise demand and the actual production situation,analyzing the existing facilities layout technology both at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the multi-model hierarchical layout strategy,to solve the integrity of the layout of such workshop facilities effectively and quickly and improve the NP hard attributes,develops a prototype system of workshop layout to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the research results.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Analyze and study the current research situation of the design method of facilities layout at home and abroad,comb the research ideas,make clear the purpose of the research,then carry out the research content of this paper on this basis.(2)Research the connotation and classification of workshop layout design,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing layout design technology,summarize the classical layout design technology,and put forward the hierarchical layout strategy on this basis,elaborate the idea and process of the strategy.(3)By studying the existing workshop layout model and evaluation index,combining with the characteristics of functional area layout,establish quadratic assignment problem model;research the main steps and methods of studying eM-plant simulation technology and the application in the workshop layout;establish simulation model of functional area based on quadratic assignment problem and using genetic algorithm toolbox for simulation optimization.(4)Set up Multi-row Mix Integer Programmning for totality area layout,optimize using genetic algorithm;use integer encoding,binary coding,real encoding three encoding methods for mixed coding;use SLP to get the layout scheme as part of the initial population;determine the design sample by Latin hypercube test design method and obtain the simulation sample set;map convergence parameter set by self-organization mapping method to achieve the reduction of the range of genetic operators.(5)Combine Genetic algorithm with computer-aided technology effectively,based on C#and Matlab,develop a hierarchical workshop layout system.Through above research and application work,this paper aims to solve discrete manufacturing system workshop layout problem,provide the corresponding scientific theoretical basis and convenient decision support.
