The fast development of China Railway system has made both operating speed and freight transportation system to be comprehensively improved,the growing demand of maintaining and repairing railway freight transport comes to one of the major technical challenge.Since the traditional maintaining system lacks the capacity to meet the rapidly growing requirement from the modern railway system.The traditional TFDS system that has to adapt the detection station and dynamic checking of the working group of one-on-one corresponding to the operation mode,which also incurred very low productivity of TFDS dynamic inspection,load imbalance in dynamic testing,and unstable functionality of the system.Also,the traditional TFDS system was not deeply utilized the main reason of the slow progress on carrying forward the human-machine task division is also due to the deviation of consciousness in the execution level.Based on these technical challenge,a novel TFDS system is developed and it should be able to address these problems properly,and satisfy the growing requirement from the fast developing of China Railway system.As one of the important component of the 5T system,this new TFDS system is tightly integrated with other safeness monitor system,and applied to all areas of train's operation section inspection,so it is a good fit to the requirement of the Ministry of Railways freight train operation and maintenance,especially for the requirement: "enhancing the end-to-end inspection and repairing,eliminating the middle-end inspection ".This research project subjects to design and implement the software system for the new TFDS devices management system.This research project creates a novel mode for device management and operating mechanism that is built on top of the current TFDS operating platform and business mode: a centralized operating platform to manage a group of railway TFDS devices and perform task scheduling,information query and management.Our new mode solves the problems given in previous paragraph by leveraging the idea of “centralized device and task management” for TFDS devices and technical staffs.By designing,building and verifying the software modules and integrated with TFDS network,the new software system meets the growing demand of keeping improving the efficiency of the TFDS device utilization in railway.In particular,this new TFDS system brings such advantages: 1.promotes the degree the information automation in railway system;2.optimizes the railway operating strategy by resorting the correspondence between dynamic inspection and detection station;3.improves the load balance and decreased the density of scheduled trans by leveraging the information integration and intellectualized management methodologies;4.enhance the usability,generality and safeness of the traditional TFDS system.This thesis includes such contributions: 1.design the 6 major modules and their functionalities for the centralized TFDS operating platform,by analyzing current TFDS system's workflow and operating logic for the coal transmission railway system;2.design the multi-layer software architecture,including data exchange,data acquisition,software packages,inter-operating interface and data structures;3.implement the software system based on mature business software components,including J2 EE frameworks,apache web server,Oracle DB;4.design and implement the verification mechanism to ensure the correctness of the software modules.
