Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor,PMLSM,has an unsubstitutable function in industrial application for its advantage in velocity and precision and the form of motion in straight.The strip winding system need's rectify instrument because during the winding period the shake of the winding device and the friction of the strip will cause deviation of the strip.PMLSM has particular advantage when it was used in rectify system.Because the characters of PMLSM in velocity and precision and the form of motion in straight.Therefore,theoretical analysis of PMLSM servo system will given in this paper on the background of rectify system.What's more,computer simulation and experiment also will be doing.The fast PMLSM straight servo system without current sensor will be thorough researched.Its application in rectify system will be verified.Firstly,the research status of PMLSM and rectify system at home and abroad are discussed in details.The common methods of PMLSM controlling and three main kinds of strip winding rectifying are introduced.Secondly,the main functions of the servo system are given.And the general technology scheme is made.Modeling analysis of PMLSM servo system based on vector control is done.The SVPWM theory is declared,which the id=0 control method is based on.Then the algorithm principle of the fast PMLSM straight servo system without current sensor is discussed.And the parameters setting methods of speed loop and position loop.Using the MATLAB simulation tools to structure the simulation models of SVPWM and PMLSM control system to analyze the servo system running under different situation.The simulation result shows that the control method of the PMLSM without current sensor is viable.And then,the hardware and the software modules are designed.The hardware module is divided into driving part and control part and power part.The software is based on ?C/OS-? real-time operating system,so the overall reliability is promoted.The system's program design process and the ?C/OS? main program and the control main program and the interface program are detailedly introduced.Then the application of PMLSM servo system in rectify system is introduced.The primary forms of the deviation are given.The simulation model of strip winding rectify system based on PI+repetitive control method is established.The MATLAB simulation tools are used to analyze the system.After that,the hardware and software models of the rectify system are designed.Finally,the experimental platform is made based on the design schemes of the preceding part of the paper.The result of the experiment shows the PMLSM servo system is feasible and can be used in industrial manufacture.
