Design And Research On Community Property Management System Based On Angular Js And Bootstrap

With the rapid development of Internet technology,digital information has gradually penetrated into all walks of life,help the industry to improve service efficiency.At the same time,with the improvement of living standards,people's demand on living environment is getting higher and higher.But the traditional property management model is relatively simple,the informatization level is not high,the business process is cumbersome,and the service efficiency is low.Community property management efficiency and community owners of the city's fast-paced life does not match.These cases lead to property company can not meet the demands of the owners,nor conducive to its long-term development.In order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional property management model,we decided to make full use of the Internet efficient,convenient and fast features,research and develop of a community property management system to improve the residential property's management level and quality of services,reduce the operating costs of property management companies and realize the sustainable development of community property management company.This system is developed for property management staff and community owners.According to the characteristics of different users,provide web-based clients for property management staff and provide mobile device-based clients for community owners.The main works are as follows:(1)According to the demands of community owners and property management staff,design and implementation the community property management system.This system can provide functions of complaints proposal,property notification,repair,advertising and so on.Through this system,the community owners and property management staff can easily communicate with each other through voice,text,images in three ways.(2)During the process of system realization,the back-end of this system uses the mature SSM(Spring + Spring MVC + My Batis)framework,the web front-end uses the current popular Angular JS + Bootstrap.This design can not only separate the front and back,but also shorten the development cycle of the entire system,improve system maintenance,scalability.Responsive Web design can compatible mobile phones,tablet,PC and other equipment,convenient property management staff according to business needs to free choice.(3)Based on the property management system,analysis the factors that influencing the performance of Web front end.Start with page elements,HTTP requests,DNS queries and compression four areas are given performance optimization.Then,an optimal scheduling algorithm is designed and implemented to solve the congestion problem caused by multiple connection concurrency restriction.In the end,a kind of pre loading method is realized,which is compatible with different browsers.The combination of these optimization methods to solve the slow response of the page,suspended animation,the use of resources,poor user experience and so on.
