| As the development of the insurance market,the increased competition and the innovation of insurance business,the requirements and expectations to insurance business have been more and more raised.In order to meet the needs of a variety of new sales model,at the same time to solve process automation,real-time business process and information network,a comprehensive enterprise application integration processing platform is imperative.First of all,this paper describes the background,purpose and meaning of insurance enterprise application integration platform,the main work followed.And then the existing core business systems of the insurance companies,marketing information management system and bank-insurance link system are analyzed,deficiency and specific needs are found.Finally the core engine in the comprehensive application integration platforma is achieved by application of SOA concepts,ESB infrastructure and J2 EE technology,which implements the interface conversion,service process definition,component maintenance management,service management,channel management and other functions.It is more than one year that the platformand is online from requirements analysis,system design,development and testing.The platform which the bank-insurance link system is developed on is capable of processing business such as premium spreadsheet and new reinsurance between the insurance companies and banks in timely.The sales service management system on the platform implements the information sharing and business automatic processes between the core business systems and sales management systems.The comprehensive application integration platform equipped with the bank-insurance link system and sales service management system has improved efficiency greatly,effectively reduced the error rate,achieved good practical effect,enhanced the core competitiveness of the insurance companies. |
