People sleep nearly one-third of in life time,sleep as a necessary process of life,which is restore,integrate and consolidate the memory of the important part of the health.According to the World Health Organization survey,nearly one-third of the world's people have sleep problems.In China,even more than one-third of the insomnia rate.Insomnia not only affects people's emotions,but also affects the human immune system.More over,have a good sleep not only make the day full of energy,but also improve people's work efficiency.Therefore,in this essay,intelligent sleeping-aider system based on pulse sensor,lighting control technology and Bluetooth technology was degisned.The system monitored and collected the user's pulse,then trasmissed datas by Bluetooth.By means of analysising the pulse data,the BP neural network algorithm was introduced into the controller,so that improved the intelligent of the lighting control,while added the music player function to make the user fall asleep quickly and have a good sleep.First of all,according to system requirements,this essay proposed an overall framework of intelligent sleep-aider system,and designed the pulse data collecter based on Arduino,which can monitor and collect the user's pulse in real time,then transmiss the data to control module by using Bluetooth.The information was transmissted between pulse data collecter and controller.Secondly,this essay designed and implemented the controller,which includes lighting control modules and music player modules.The controller received and analyzed the pulse data,which from the pulse data collecter,then introduced BP neural network algorithm,while changed the brightness of the light to achieve the control of the light intelligently.The music player modules implemented the control of the music output mode.Finally,this dissertation tested and integrated each part of the system,verifying the reliability of the system.It contained the test of the pulse data collection,data transmission,lighting control and music player.After integration,the integration test was done to verify the availability and reliability of the system.The intelligent sleeping-aider system changed the traditional method of sleeping-aider and improved the modern sleeping-aider system.After the test showed that,the system has good stability,obviously sleep effects and practical values for sub-health insomnia.
