The Design And Implementation Of Graphical Password Authentication On Mobile Device

With the rapid development of the Internet and the increasing number of Internet users,password authentication has become one of the most commonly used security methods in Internet applications.Traditional textual password has many unsafe factors.Comparing to textual password,graphical password has a greater development space.In this thesis,we consider the security,interactive,memorability and other elements,design and implement the clothes graphical password authentication system on mobile device.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Propose a new clothes graphical password authentication scheme.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional textual password and the existing graphical password scheme,combining with the practical application scenarios of password authentication,we propose a new clothes graphical password authentication scheme.(2)Design a clothes graphical password authentication prototype system.In clothes graphical password authentication scheme,user choose coats,pants,shoes,bags and other fashion elements for model.User need to remember the choices and the sequences.User ought to reproduce the process for identity authentication.According to clothes graphical password authentication scenarios,we improve the interaction details and design a prototype system.(3)Improve the confidentiality,availability and scalability in the system.Firstly,to improve the confidentiality,the password recording the process of changing clothes will be hashed by SHA1 secure hash algorithm before stored in the system.Secondly,we conduct a series of tests for the clothes graphical password authentication system to ensure that the authentication process can be achieved smoothly.Thirdly,we will apply the clothes graphical password authentication system to different mobile devices,such as Android smartphones and Android tablets.(4)Evaluate the clothes graphical password authentication system.First of all,evaluate the average login time,the average password length and the probability of success in the process of authentication of the system.Then,verity the performance on different devices of the system.For example,test the system on different types of Android phones and Android tablets.Finally,compare the clothes graphical password with textual password and other graphical password.
