With the characteristics of complexity,invisibility and indefiniteness,there are frequent accidents in the process of tunnel construction.By the way of comprehensive analysis of various kinds of information in tunnel sites,tunnel accidents can be avoided to some extent.However,the comprehensive management system of multi-source information for tunnel production safety is rare at present.This article aimed at the problems above,combined Internet of things,Database,Cloud platform and other technologies and traditional tunnel construction concept,independent researched and developed of multi-source information management system based on tunnel personnel positioning attendance and surrounding rock monitoring.And it was applied in engineering.The main research content is as follows:(1)Studied the polyphyly of information in tunnel construction process,and independent researched and developed of multi-source information management system based on tunnel personnel positioning attendance and surrounding rock monitoring.Acquisition and processing storage and network sharing of personnel positioning and attendance information and surrounding rock monitoring information and personnel access control attendance information and video surveillance information,and implements LED real-time display attendance information.The personnel positioning system attendance and surrounding rock monitoring software part based on VB.net and C#language,the commercial video surveillance software and personnel access control attendance software are integrated in this system.Design and implementation of the system hardware layout,and optimize the transmission of multi-source data flow.(2)Based on Visual studio and SQLsever database,independent design and development of C/S(Client/Server)and B/S(Browse/Server)Shared tunnel personnel positioning attendance system.To achieve real-time positioning,attendance statistics,historical trajectory,alarm,report printing and other functions.Positioning system based on ZigBee wireless communication technology.In this paper,the DE-ELM algorithm is used to predict the distance between the positioning card(persons)and the reference point according to the RSSI value.(3)Using C#language to compile the early warning system of tunnel surrounding rock monitoring information cloud platform,The system uses various sensor information technology of wireless remote communication acquisition and monitoring the stability of surrounding rock,and through the Web data released,can be released through the PC platform and mobile terminal end mobile phone link fixed IP log data network,data query.And when there is overrun data,you can send the alarm message to the mobile phone binding.(4)The independent development of multi-source information integrated management system is applied to Shanghehang tunnel-tunnel section of Xindalisi and Huaishaoheng tunnel-tunnel section of Xiangjiashan.Through the successful application of the tunnel site,a set of system can realize the management of personnel information,surrounding rock monitoring,video monitoring,LED display and other information.To a great extent,the construction safety is ensured,the working efficiency and quality of the managers are improved,and good results are obtained.It shows that the development method and procedure of the system is correct,and can effectively improve the safety management level of tunnel production.
