Cloud computing is a business service model and a computing model,whose cloud data center accommodates many computers to handle the computing tasks distributed there.With the continuous expanding scale of the cloud computing resources and the rapid increasing of cloud users,the task scheduling in cloud computing environment face with severe challenges,that is,how to manage and allocate the cloud computing resources better while meeting the Qo S demand of users.At present,most algorithms of the task scheduling still use the scheduling algorithm in the Hadoop architecture but can't meet the needs of cloud computing well.The domestic and foreign scholars have carried on the thorough research to the cloud computing task scheduling algorithm.It can be divided into static scheduling algorithm and dynamic scheduling algorithm.Because cloud computing resources is dynamic,static scheduling algorithm is not suitable for the cloud computing environment,most of the scholars prefer to the dynamic scheduling algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm has a good advantage in convergence performance and complexity of the algorithm,but there are still some shortcomings.Therefore,an improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)algorithm is proposed to improve the above problems in this article.The specific researched are as follows:1)Improve the standard particle swarm optimization(SPSO).According to the entropy of particles to produce high-quality particles to ensure the diversity of the initial population;adjust some parameters dynamically according the diversity of the population;set early judgment mechanism,add chaotic disturbance strategy;detect the performance of the algorithm through matlab,the experimental results show that the convergence speed and convergence precision of the IPSO algorithm are improved obviously.2)Combine the improved particle swarm optimization with the task scheduling in cloud computing,construct the physical model and mathematical model.Establish the target function of resource scheduling in cloud computing environment,set up the service evaluation mechanism based on Qos,provide theoretical support for the experiment.3)Establish the target function of resource scheduling in cloud computing environment,set up the service evaluation mechanism based on Qos.Apply the IPSO algorithm to the resource scheduling in cloud computing,analyze the performance of the improved algorithm and compare with other resource scheduling algorithms.
