As Chinese economy is driving on the highway,information technology Internet of things and cloud computing represent has surged a revolution named 4C,involving Computer,Communication,Consumer electronics and COM.Internet functions are applied to every subtle aspect layer after layer,such as digital television,transmission of remote sensing image,social media,medical micro-image processing,machine vison system,electronic commerce,which give rise to a birth of enormous data of image.The problem of storage and transmission of digital image has become more head-scratching than ever.Thus,a new type of technology of image coding is causing a scene.Based on the Contourlet Transform and Principal Component Analysis,a watermark decoder is proposed,which could utilize noise visibility function,adjust robust performance of the embedded watermark,keep image perception quality and detect the watermarks in a high precision under circumstance of distortion.First,three major areas are introduced which contains image watermarking,image fusion and image compression,then a detailed theory basis is described with how Contourlet Transform works.Second,it has been shown in the paper that the normal inverse Gaussian(NIG)distribution can suitably fit the empirical distribution.In view of this,statistical methods for watermark extraction are proposed by exploiting the NIG as a prior for the contourlet coefficients of images.The proposed watermark extraction approach is developed using the maximum likelihood method based on the NIG distribution.Closed-form expressions are obtained for extracting the watermark bits in both clean and noisy environments.Experiments are performed to verify the robustness of the proposed decoder.Finally,Combining RDWT,the dictionary sparsely representing the cartoon,and WAT,the dictionary sparsely representing the texture,the presented model can effectively obtain the cartoon and texture.Then,we reconstruct the compressed cartoon by the combination of Contourlet Transform and Compressed Sensing(CS)and reconstruct the compressed texture by the combination of single layer discrete wavelet transform(SL-DWT)and Compressed Sensing(CS).The reconstructed image will be obtained by superposing the compressed cartoon and texture.As result shows,the theory we bring out ensure the quality of details under lowsampling rate and clearness of both cartoon and texture.Meantime,it has higher compression rates.
