At present,high pressure water jet technology has been widely used in various fields because of its unique advantages.The main uses of high pressure water jet technology include cutting,cleaning,and so on.The new technology has been made some research by the research group.The main content of this study is to connect high pressure water jet technology and voice recognition technology for the detection of landmines and other targets.The target detection platform of high pressure water jet was built.Corresponding linear array was composed of high pressure water jet nozzle and the microphone respectively.The algorithm of reflection signal of high pressure water jet processing was studied.Part of the procedures of signal acquisition and processing was programmed.But,the study of the project is still inadequate.Signal distortion is serious because of the different receiving signal distance of each microphone on linear microphone array,and the detection accuracy was reduced.At the same time,the software program of each part of the system was not achieved integration.In order to improve the detection accuracy of high pressure water jet target detection system,circular array structure was designed in this paper.The problem of low detection precision of linear microphone array is solved by using circular microphone array which the distance between each position in the circular array and the sound source is same or similar.The comparison simulation experiment of the detection accuracy between the linear array and circular array was built.The multi-group experimental parameters of linear and circular structure parameters are designed for experiment.The results of simulation experiment shown that the minimum detection error of multiple linear array is 88.89mm,and the optimal structure detection error is 9.03mm in the circular array structure.The detection accuracy of the circular array is higher than the linear array,and the circular array structure was optimized.The Optimal structural parameters of circular array structure were determined which the distance between the adjacent microphone is 200mm and the circumferential angle is 30 degrees.In order to improve the detection efficiency of high pressure water jet target detection system,reduce the time of signal processing,achieve the purpose of real-time detection.Lab VIEW is used as the software platform of high pressure water jet signal processing in this paper.The problem of the conversion between different data types among different programs and the conversion between the numerical types of different representations was solved by integrated each signal processing algorithm subroutine.In this paper,the signal processing modules was integrated in order to make the data circulation between the modules,and achieve the integration of detection and processing procedures.The aim which can real-time display the relative position of the target in the detection process is realized.The problems of the low detection accuracy of linear microphone array and system program of high pressure water jet target detection which is not integrated are solved in the paper.The circular microphone array is designed instead of linear microphone array,and the structure of the circular array is optimized.The accuracy of the target detection system is greatly improved.The integration of software programs is achieved through the improvement of the existing software programs.The purpose of real-time monitoring results is achieved,the efficiency of the detection system is greatly improved.
