With the coming of industrial 4.0,laser has played a more and more important role in the automatic production.Based on high conversion efficiency,high peak power and high beam quality,laser has been widely used in laser marking,precision processing and so on.This thesis analyses the development conditions of driver circuit of pulsed fiber lasers at home and abroad.It also does deep researches for the control systems of MOPA pulsed fiber lasers.The contents are mainly as follows:1)Seed source drive circuit,including the generation circuit of narrow pulse,large current drive circuit and temperature control circuit of SEED.2)Pumping source drive circuit,including two constant current source circuits whose drive current is more than 10 A and power supply network distribution circuit.3)Laser condition monitoring circuit and compatibility interface circuit.Laser condition monitoring circuit mainly includes PD detection and temperature detection.Compatibility interface circuit mainly includes interface filter circuit and interface level conversion circuit.4)Analyzing the aspects needed to optimize of the whole system,perfecting the system's circuit structure,increasing the stability of the system and discussing the future research directions of the whole task.By experiment,the laser output at the wavelength 1064 nm is finally obtained with 20 W output average power,4-200 ns pulse width and 1 KHz-1 MHz repeat frequency,which controls power and pulse precisely,optimizes laser output pulse and increases self-protect function,further increasing the stability of the system.
