With the expand of the factory size,the increasing of device number,the structure is becoming more complex,the process control is more widely used,more delicate.But as same as the factory increased complexity,the fault problems is also increasing,seriously affected the economic benefits of the factory.Among all the fault problem,loop oscillation is a very critical problem.A typical industrial process contains thousands of components and control circuit,if the oscillation occurs,due to the process equipment connection,oscillation may be widely spread by the equipment connection,which may cause oscillation occurs in every device of plant,causes serious influence on production efficiency and economic benefits.In recent years,many researcher works in the multi-loop oscillation test and plantwide oscillation test,but the model of the study is still relatively simple,the scale and complexity are not compared with the real factory,cannot reflect possible problems and limitations of oscillation source detection algorithm on real factory.So building a model truly reflecting the real chemical process plant to studying the plant wide oscillation source detection algorithm is very necessary.Paper main content has the following several aspects:The first part introduce some common valve stiction model,such as the Kano model,and several mathematical model common components of real factory,including the continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR)and piston flow reactor(PFR),buffer tank,evaporator,heat exchanger(condenser and reboiler)and distillation column,etc.The second part contains several simple examples of implementation simulation.(a)a simple conceptual factory:including an isothermal reactor and a distillation column,with a simple material integration;(b)a simple conceptual factory:including a CSTR reactor,a preheater,a condenser,a buffer tank and a flash evaporator,has a simple material integration;(c)evaporation process:including an evaporator and a separator and a condenser;(d)double CSTR model.The model includes two CSTR reactor,with simple energy integration.The third part is a more complex real chemical plant simulation.Chemical process is the hydrodealkylation of tobulene to produce benzene process(HDA),including a mixer,two levels of preheater for feed flow preheating,a reactor,condenser,separator,3-level of distillation column.This model makes full use of the heat level(with the products to the feed flow preheating),contains the energy integration;There are two cyclic flow back into the reactor,including the material integration.The fourth part is using the material upstream and downstream by the pipe by the basis of physical meaning to organic combining several small control simulation system,form a large-scale simulation model,and make sure not affect the control circuit has made.Then add some different stiction model,then use it for oscillation source detection algorithm research.
