The unique advantages of wireless laser communication compared to other wireless communication methods make people pay more and more attention to it.The digital micromirror device is an optical modulator that integrates hundreds of thousands of micromirror units.It can simultaneously tune hundreds of thousands of optical signals.This satisfies the demand for multi-channel synchronous modulation transmission of wireless laser communication systems.It not only saves the economic costs but also significantly improve system performance and efficiency significantly.Research on wireless laser communication system based on digital micromirror conforms to the new demands for communication technology in the times.This has important economic and strategic significance.In this paper,the structure and principle of wireless laser communication system are expounded from various aspects for wireless laser communication system based on DMD.It specifically describes the principle and characteristics of laser radiation of laser diodes.It also studies and analyzes the influencing factors of atmospheric laser channel on laser beam communication.The influence of the atmospheric attenuation coefficient on the optical power margin in the communication system is clarified.Select the 820 nm wavelength laser diode as the light source according to these.The control circuit of the laser and the laser signal receiving and detecting circuit based on the PIN photoelectric tube are designed.This paper analyzes the principle and performance of OOK modulation,PPM and DPIM modulation methods commonly used in wireless laser communication system.(m,3)MPPM modulation and demodulation module based on FPGA is researched and designed.The excellent modulation performance of MPPM modulation is verified by analyzing MPPM related performance.It studies the internal mechanical mechanism and electrical connection of DMD,and analyzes the working principle and process of optical modulation used DMD,designs the DMD drive and control system with FPGA as the master chip.The prototype of wireless laser communication system based on digital micromirror is realized.In the communication test,input signal,modulation output signal,receive conversion signal,demodulation output signal of the system communication are sampled by oscilloscope.The results show that the system can complete wireless laser communication.It is proved that the wireless laser communication system based on DMD is feasible.It has taken a new step in improving the communication capacity and communication efficiency of wireless laser communication system,which provides a new technical scheme for the development of wireless laser communication system.
