In order to meet the performance test of shock,noise and temperature sensor conditioning circuit,a test system based on virtual instrument Lab VIEW was designed.The system consists of function generation card,multimeter card,switch card,PXI chassis and the top-management-card.The test system can test the performance of the 98-channel sensor circuit and generate a report.The test system has a humanized human-computer interaction interface,one-button operation,simplifying the cumbersome operation in the testing process,and it can also expand the function of software and hardware.The design of the system starts from the test requirements and clearly describes the composition of the test system and the function of each module.Then the whole scheme of the system is designed,and the selection of hardware in the system is introduced.Then the test system from the hardware and software were analyzed.In hardware,the paper introduces the function of multimeter card,function generation card and switch card.The function of the multimeter card is to test the DC voltage,AC voltage and output amplitude of the conditioning circuit.The function generation card is a device that provides the signal for the test system,which mainly completes the signal generation and sweep function of the input of the conditioning circuit.The switch card connects the conditioning circuit with the test system to form a closed-loop test system.In software,this article mainly introduces the LabVIEW software and its advantages,and makes a brief explanation of the debugging of the software.This paper introduces and discusses the software design of the test system.Starting from the overall design of the test system,this paper elaborates the design of the system interface and the programming of the test items of the system.According to the requirements of the test system,the test items are divided into five parts: the output voltage and output ripple test of the circuit without input,the output amplitude voltage test,the output-limited voltage test,the amplitude attenuation test and the output impedance test.And the paper analyzes the problems in the design and testing process and the optimization of the program.Finally,the conditioning circuit is tested by using the system,and the test results are analyzed.The results show that the design of the test system is reasonable,real-time,and reliable.
