With the rapid development of the electronics industry and the intelligent electrochromism products,the PDLC(Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal)film becomes a hot spot in the research of LCD industry.Based on an analysis to the manufacturing technology of PDLC film in principle and a structure design of compression rolling machine,the winding tension control system are designed,and the simulation of the compression roller's contact process are analyzed.Electronic control system of PDLC films compression machine is designed at last.Firstly,the material preparation process of PDLC is introduced,manufacturing technologies(such as uploading,rolling and pressing,U-V light curing)and mechanical structure are finished with different mechanical parts.Nextly,a transmission-mechanism system of the ITO film in PDLC film compression machine is designed.After the math dynamic analysis of the winding system,a relationship between torque of the executing agency and ITO film roller radius is put forward.In tension controlling device,A non-linear changing resistance torque and non-linear changing ITO film roller radius keep the ITO film a constant tension.Then,a simulation and analysis of roller contact of compression rolling machine is presented.The contact status and the contact deformation on the roller are calculated.The biggest deformation of rubber layer arouses in the contact region,the biggest displacement is 0.01 mm,and the biggest axial force of the roller is 3Pa.It is found that there is a tangential slide of 0.3 m during the PDLC film's laminating process,A modal simulation and analysis of the compression roller is presented,so that it can be predicted that the vibration status of the compression roller machine.The conclusion shows that 1350 Hz is the natural frequency of the roller,so it is supposed to be avoided during the production of the PDLC film.The shore hardness of rubber layer has an effect on property of compression roller.If the shore hardness is improved,the natural frequency of the roller is improved,too.So the damage of the rubber layer on the PDLC film compression machine can be reduced in this way.Lastly,the circuit controlling system of PDLC films compression machine is designed,including the main circuit,the distance of compressing rollers and relevant actions are designed and achieved.
